Our flexible travel partner service provides you the opportunity to create a new reservation without adding
all passenger names at the time of booking.
When creating the
booking, it is sufficient to provide only one name and include more passengers without adding the names for an additional fee.
You need to pay the full ticket price and the fees of all selected services
for all the passengers at the time of your reservation. The name of all passengers
shall be finalized latest by the time of online check-in.
In case you have purchased Plus fare (which includes an airport check-in option), and you would also like to take advantage of our flexible travel partner service, airport check-in is only available for you if you provided the name of your flexible travel partners online latest by three (3) hours before the departure time.
Please note that if you do not provide any names for the flexible travel partner(s), the reservation for those passengers will be cancelled.
Please note that the flexible travel partner fee and the
ticket fare will not be refunded if you do not provide all passenger names at the time of check-in.
How does it work?
When creating the booking, you simply select the number
of passengers, flights and all the required services, like in any other
booking, but you need to add only one passenger name and leave the other passenger name(s) empty by ticking the box “I will
add a name later”.
All the fare and service charges (including the flexible travel partner fee)are payable when
finalising the reservation. Names of the flexible travel partner(s) can be added later by
accessing your booking.
