It is not possible to make a bank transfer in Ukrainian Hryvnia from a bank outside of Ukraine. If you do not have a Ukrainian bank account, you can pay by credit card instead. Payments received from bank accounts outside Ukraine will be returned to the sender’s bank account and the booking will not be confirmed.
From Serbia, only non-resident Serbian dinar (RSD) bank transfers can be initiated.
When you pay with a credit/debit card, a confirmation page loads when you complete the booking process. A copy of your itinerary will be sent to you via e-mail.
If you have not received the confirmation e-mail (Itinerary) please check your e-mail filter settings and any mailboxes that hold filtered mail. Your flight summary will include your confirmation code, dates, total fare and all other necessary details. This information can be accessed through your Wizz Air Profile under ’All upcoming trips’.
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Bancontact and
UATP debit and credit cards. WIZZ co-branded cards are also accepted.
Please note that Visa Electron and Maestro cards can be
accepted only in case they are registered in the relevant 3D Secure program for
internet purchases (Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode).
If you do not have
a credit or debit card or if your card is not accepted, it is possible to pay
for your flight via bank transfer or using WIZZ credit.
It's also possible to use a WIZZ Voucher. Remaining amounts (if
any) should be paid by card.
The payment must be made within 24 hours of booking. The confirmation of the booking may take up to 4-5 working days.
If you didn't receive confirmation of your reservation within 5 working days of making the bank transfer or your booking status is displayed as “hold” under your Wizz Air Profile, please contact the Wizz Air Call Centreto verify whether your payment has been received.
Please do not send payment confirmations unless you are asked to provide proof of payment.
Please contact your credit card provider first to identify the problem. If the reason is not an additional bank charge or a difference due to exchange rates, please call the Wizz Air Call Centre or submit a claim under the ’Payment error’ category.
If you pay by credit or debit card, your payment will be processed by an international card payment processing system. Where the final price is quoted by us in a currency other than EUR or GBP, you may find that the amount charged to your debit or credit card is different to (and may be greater than) the final price in our booking confirmation, as a result of currency conversion differences arising in the international card payment processing system.
Generally, the earlier you book, the lower the fare will be. However, we sometimes introduce promotional prices between the date of your reservation and that of your travel. Unfortunately, these promotions do not entitle you to claim the difference between the total fare paid by you for your reservation and the promotional total fare.
Make sure that you have the funds to cover the full amount. If the problem persists, please contact your bank and check if online payment services are available with your card or if there is a purchase limit.
You will have to create a new booking with the most current fares in order to be able to pay by credit card.
